Neli Ruiz is a dedicated Client Services Associate with a passion for providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with clients. In 2021, she began her work in the financial services industry as an agent of New York Life, where she developed a deep understanding of client needs and financial planning processes. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Series 6 and 63 licenses, Neli brings both knowledge and experience to her role, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and support. She is committed to making retirement and estate planning a smooth and accessible process for every client she assists.

Outside of work, Neli enjoys traveling in her RV, watching her daughters play soccer, and staying active. She lives in North Texas with her wife and their two dogs.
