Inspired by her desire to help people and make a difference in their lives, Victoria Staudinger has devoted her life to helping others achieve their vision.

Financial security is often a major objective in each of our lives. You try to do what's right for those you care about, but the wrong financial decision can often undermine the best of intentions. Whether you are concerned for your own financial needs or those of your family or business, Victoria helps others identify their needs and provide complementary solutions to address them.

Victoria grew up in a suburb of New York City in a family of four children. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, originally intending to pursue a career in medicine. Instead she chose to explore her options in business. After nearly seven successful years with Accenture as a consultant, she chose to pursue a career that more directly positively impacts lives through financial security. Victoria began her career as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual in 2006 and became a partner of Advanced Financial Strategies in 2013. Her relentless passion to helping other achieve financial security then led her to found Maven Financial in 2017.

Victoria specializes in comprehensive financial planning, a holistic approach that analyzes wealth accumulation and risk management strategies to create meaningful and measurable financial plans. Victoria assists individuals, families, and business owners in developing a roadmap to the future by identifying emotional needs and desires, and taking necessary actions to attain their most amazing future.

Victoria resides in a suburb of Dallas with her two children. In addition to being a #bossgirl she is also a full-time mom and cheerleader to her children's oboe, cross-country, and tennis events. She also enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, gardening and raising food donations in support of hunger relief.
